This is way beyond a house tour.

点评：My friend and I were driving through on a Southern trip and decided to do the tour. We were blown away.
I feel like this tour goes wayyy beyond the house. I learned about these brilliant norms from the past mustache mugs, rat hair trays, how curling irons worked, ladies journals, tear jars…. There’s SO many unusual (and brilliant) inventions from the past! The tour guide even detailed her own dress. Explaining every layer and how long it took to dress. She looked beautiful! This house is a collection of history. I felt like I was in that era. The story of the house is kind of crazy. It was moved on a flatbed truck. This is a little gem of an experience that seems curated to the people on the tour. Here are some photos of the house and ladies that hosted our tour. For the love of unusual history (and being great at Jeopardy)…. This is a well worth it stop.
