Good cheese. Rushed "tasting" experience.

点评：Super fun tasting a wide variety of cheeses after a very reasonable admission/tasting fee. Some were traditional cheddars, some were flavored or smoked. Went with my husband for an anniversary trip. This was among our first stops and we were thrilled to check it out. I enjoyed the cheese and ambiance. One suggestion for improvement would be slowing down the tasting a bit and spending a little more time with each guest... We were quickly ushered over to a cheese bar with a bunch of pre-cut covered stations, given a pencil and a small sheet of paper with the list. Our "guide" for the tasting seemed to be in a rush despite it being mid-day on a Friday and very few guests in the space. Maybe it was change of shifts or they were expecting a rush after us? I don't know. But it felt like a race against time for her to get us to taste all of the cheeses and then move on to whatever was next. I'm glad we went, but I just didn't feel welcomed due to the rush. We spent maybe 30 minutes tasting I think 12 cheeses? Would have loved an opportunity to select which cheeses I tasted (this flight or that flight?) or perhaps additional cheeses as an add on. A self-guided tasting would have allowed us to relax a little - maybe a plate + descriptions to take and sit around the space.
翻译：只需支付相当实惠的入场/品鉴费，就能尽情品尝各式各样的奶酪。有传统的切达干酪，也有带各种风味或经过烟熏处理的干酪。我和丈夫特意为此安排了一场周年纪念之旅。这里是我们行程中的第一站，能来体验真的让我们欣喜不已。我很喜欢这里的奶酪与氛围。不过有个小建议：可以稍微放慢品鉴节奏，多花些时间接待每位顾客……我们很快被带到一个奶酪吧台前，那里有多个事先切好奶酪并盖上盖子的展示区。工作人员给了我们一支铅笔和一张列着奶酪名称的小纸片。虽然当时是周五中午，店里也没几个客人，但负责引导我们品鉴的“向导”似乎急匆匆的。也许是要换班了，又或者她预计在我们之后会有大批客人光临？我也不清楚。不过她似乎在争分夺秒，务必让我们尝遍所有奶酪，然后才能去处理下一项工作。我很高兴我们来了。不过由于场面太热闹，我感觉自己并没有受到欢迎。我们大概花了30分钟来品尝，据说共试了12种奶酪吧？其实我更希望能自己挑选想尝的奶酪（选这种奶酪还是那种呢？），或者能额外付费添加更多奶酪来品尝。如果能进行自助式品鉴就好了——比如准备一些奶酪盘并附上说明，让我们能随意找个地方坐下来慢慢品尝。
