点评：I’m disappointed to say that I had a terrible experience with this salon.
I had spent about R6300 on my hair. Cut, colour, Brazilian treatment and products. They were eager to take my money and they treated me well on the day. I chose black permanent hair dye as my colour and I was quite vocal about it being permanent and not washing out. Sad to say that my second wash I was already going chestnut. I went back to explain that I wasn’t happy with the outcome as I told the stylist that I’d be back if it washed out. When I went back to enquire, not only did the stylist misgender me, for no apparent reason at all, it felt like she just wanted me out of the salon! It is very strange because she’s never done that before and I’m confused as to why she even did because I’ve never been treated as such, they were super unhelpful and it felt as if I was being a nuisance. They were conversing amongst themselves while I was standing waiting to hear about the procedure on what’s going to happen.
Eventually I just said don’t worry, I’ll get my hair re dyed else where. Carlton is a money grab that doesn’t give a damn about you or your hair. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life.
Sad to say I will not be going back and I will not recommend them to anyone.
