点评：Wonderful once again. This was our second visit, and we chose the 10-course tasting menu with wine pairing. Their wines are incredibly characterful and full of surprises—it’s a real joy to experience the personal vision of the owners. There’s a sense of serious playfulness in everything they do: a constant process of experimenting and striving for the highest quality, both in their wines and their creative dishes, always with deep respect for the history and character of the place they inhabit.
They are warm, fascinating, and deeply passionate people who truly take their time with their guests, making everyone feel special. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare these days and should be treasured.
