点评:Do whatever you have to do to get to this place! We had to rent a car for the day and it was truly worth it. The tour in English was clear and informative as was the wine tasting afterward. We had the 3 course lunch with wine pairing and I can say it was the best meal I've had in this lifetime! Everything perfect and beautifully presented. Our menu was this:
Amuse Bouche:
Mussel in beurre blanc with lemon vinegar jelly
Cream of beetroot and passion fruit with sardine and pine nuts

Loin of Iberian pork with curry sauce and vegetables

Dessert:
Parfait of caramelized almonds and Cómpeta honey with mango and passion fruit foam, and fresh papaya and passion fruit.
Recommended wine: Ariyanas Naturalmente Dulce
Our server was friendly and attentive. The meal was FABULOUS. Don't hesitate. Go for it! You won't regret it. And you can always do what we did...head over to the Nerja Caves afterwards while you're at it.
