Highlight of our trip to Bled
Bled Island的点评
点评：We crossed onto the island via the electric bus boat (16€ each for the return journey) which indicated it was departing hourly on the hour but as we got there at 2.15pm (last one said 3pm in February), we were pleasantly surprised to be taken out at 2.30pm (worth hovering around if you see the boat heading back!). We were given an hour to walk around until the return journey and that was enough to see all the sites. For 12€, you can get a ticket that allows you to visit: the church, the bell tower, the museum and the toilet (!?) - we were surprised by the latter listed on the ticket but it wasn't a joke, the only way to get in the toilet downstairs from the cafe, is to scan the QR code from the ticket! Jokes aside, compared to the rest of the sites we visited, it was worth the entry as the church is very beautiful and its history well documented on the panels inside. You can also ring the bell and although small, the museum is well put together and the staff were all very pleasant!
