An employee named James was extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of assisting us with our confirmed reservation, he insulted me in front of my family, refused to honor the booking, and created an embarrassing and hostile environment. What should have been a fun family outing turned into a negative and upsetting experience for everyone.
As a local resident who has supported this attraction in the past, I can no longer recommend it. I will be sharing this experience with the community and USAFA colleagues to ensure others are aware. Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and an overall disgraceful experience.
