Take a cushion and dont seat near a door!!!!!

点评：We booked seats 4 and 5 in row XA several months in advance to see a tribute to Elvis.
Once seated, we along with the other 4 people in the row did not think that we had booked next to a door. This is not clear from the seat map. During the concert the door was continually opening and closing and we were sitting in a cold corridor with people walking in front of us carrying drinks. I complained on the night and tried to move seats but was not possible. The seats were very uncomfortable and extremely close together.
I later tried to contact the box office as advised on the night, mission impossible they do not answer the phone, nor emails.....Eventually went personally and was advised that they do not refund seats even though our evening was spoilt. At a cost of £35 per seat was extremely disappointed with the customer care and seats were abysmal.
