Worst dive shop experience ever, visit at your own risk

点评：I recently had a disappointing experience with this dive shop. We were charged for four dives, but my friend could only participate in three due to not feeling well, and she was charged - the reason they gave was that they had prepared the tank but they made my friend carry it to the boat.
The dive ratio was poor—one guide for eight divers. The reason they gave was they had 30 years of experiences and all their divers are regular divers. But during our dive, one guest ran out of air and had to share a regulator with the guide, which felt unsafe and unprofessional.
Additionally regarding our third dive. After telling them we wanted to join, they removed our gear from the boat. Miscommunication is common but they unexpectedly asked us to carry our gear back to the boat, blaming us for the mix-up.
When I provided feedback to the owner, Reno, he showed up at our hotel drunk, angry, confrontational and was being very aggressive. This was incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend this dive shop.
