点评：I stayed last year and a few years previously.
Perhaps Glampers and countryside campers make up most of the overnight guests.
But I’d also recommend the park to anyone visiting central London who wants to consider mixing up the bustle of the city with the benefits of the nature.
To the Metropolis and back is doable by public transport. For the able bodied, its a brisk morning walk to Elstree village bus stop - along the lake, quiet roads or country paths. I’ve done it (less briskly) on a crutch. The same walk back can feel spooky after dark, but I’ve also done that many times, with never a bogeyman to be seen. A taxi ride alterative would be about 10 minutes from Edgware Station (which is 30 minutes by tube from Leicester Square), and less than 5 minutes from the bus stop at Elstree.
Save yourself a fortune on London priced accommodation while you’re at it. Small Tent. Ground mat. Air pillow. Summer sleeping bag. Sorted. Running water. Hot showers. Toilets. Included.
You can see the stars here. And fall asleep to the silence. Then wake up afresh to watch the sun slowly colour the fields, through the chilled yawning layers of mist. Legend.

在这里可以仰望星空，在宁静中入睡。醒来后，还能目睹太阳缓缓地为田野染上色彩，而层层寒雾则渐渐散去。宛如传奇般的美景。
