点评：I had the best transfer experience!! First, the communication was perfect ad the company reached out as soon as I sent them a message on TripAdvisor.
Then Julio contacted me and he made sure to keep communicating with me and informing me so that I feel reassured. It is my first time doing this route and I didn’t know what to expect. Julio is just the nicest and most caring driver I had. He was waiting for me and made the ride safe and very enjoyable. I didn’t feel the 2 hours 45 minutes ride, he explained everything and was checking that I was comfortable and if I needed something. Btw, I had 2 bottles of water and chips waiting for me in the car. And to top it off, when we got to the place that I was going to, he didn’t want to leave until he made sure that I was where I was supposed to be and that I was safe and had met people that I was joining.
