点评:We have been several times before, and wanted our friend to experience the glass blowing demonstration, so I booked online 3 tickets for a Saturday late morning.
We arrived with a bout 20 minutes to spare so we had a quick coffee
At 12.15 the demonstration started, there was a big crowd of people standing to our right.
The guy talking through a microphone started speaking and explaining, but we couldn't hear very much, for the noise from the large group of people talking and laughing amongst themselves, they were all making something from the list of items that the public can have a go at. We understand that this good revenue for you, but the group of people wanting to hear and watch the demonstration were elderly people mostly wearing hearing aids and all we could hear was the background noise coming from the group, myself and one other lady moved, another lady on the front row said she doesn't know why she bothered paying as she really couldn't hear a word.
On coming out your receptionist asked me if I enjoyed myself? No I replied, can I make a suggestion why not make one hour for the demonstration and the hour for those who want to blow their own glass. Very easy to do on line as you already have to book a date and time so you could add another book your experiences at certain times.
Most people buy something when they come out as we did.
