点评：A very hot day, and we decide to go to a glassmaking factory! But what a great experience it was. The commentary to Chris the glassmaker's demonstration was done by the brilliant apprentice, Charley. He made it such a good experience and took what could have been a dull subject and made it into a very interesting one. Each item Chris made Charley explained the processes step by step and was very witty as well. I had the chance to 'blow' a high ball glass which was a good experience. Chris prepared the molten glass and started it off with the initial 'bubble' and then it was my turn. I blew it a little too hard and didn't hear Chris tell me to slow down so ended up with a big bubble at the top! However, Chris sorted it out, and by the time I picked it up the next day it was perfect. A brilliant experience and a really great price. All the staff we came into contact with were wonderful and very helpful and the shop is overflowing with amazing glass items to buy.
