点评：I generally endorse this place, having experienced it twice now. The first time a year ago was very pleasant, which included a stay-over in one of the cabins. The desk staff lady was very nice and helpful. However, this second time the tall guy with mustache and goatee beard, working the front desk at 11 AM, appears to have very odd social behavior issues when dealing with customers. We had booked an 11 AM private soak online (pre-paid) and were at the check-in desk 10 minutes ahead, but they don't officially open until 11 AM. So it was a genuine quandary as to how you get your full paid hour if you can't actually check-in until 11 AM. By the time you've checked in and make your way to the hot spring, at least 10 minutes would have elapsed. My wife was politely questioning this business practice with the desk guy and he became agitated, telling my wife not to "back-talk" him, and then without explaining the way to the spring, he said he needed to go outside to have a cigarette to calm his blood pressure spike. Wow, really? I reiterated to the guy we were just trying to understand how booking an 11 AM time slot doesn't actually get you an 11 AM start. His reaction to the question turned what should have been a relaxing soak into a somewhat tense experience, counter to what the experience was supposed to be. So, buyer beware, if you book the 11 AM soak, don't expect to start at 11 AM, and certainly don't question why you are starting 10 minutes late. Oh, and while soaking, another customer knocked on our gate, saying he was booked in the same time slot. We referred him to the front desk. He didn't return, but made me wonder if that extra anxiety caused the front desk guy to smoke the entire pack.
