Milestone Ranch Country Park的点评
点评：We visited this farm last year and, although we found it quite scruffy and untidy, we still had a lovely couple of hours and appreciated that the site was undergoing maintenance. We decided to revisit today, hoping to see some improvements, but unfortunately very little seems to have changed.
The whole place really needs a good clean-up. There is rubbish, broken/old items and weeds throughout the site, which unfortunately takes away from the overall experience and dampens the feel of the place. These are relatively simple things to address and, importantly, don’t necessarily cost anything — they just require a bit of time and care.
The soft play is a good bonus and certainly helps, because without it there doesn’t feel like there is a huge amount to keep children occupied. The animal handling sessions are spread throughout the visit, but it can be difficult to fill the time in between as there isn’t much else available to do.
Unfortunately, another thing that stood out to us was the manner of one of the staff members — a blonde-haired lady who was working there. I noticed the same thing on our previous visit and unfortunately felt exactly the same way today. Her manner came across as quite rude and unwelcoming, and she didn’t seem particularly friendly towards the children either. They picked up on this themselves, which is disappointing when the whole point of visiting somewhere like this is for children to have a positive and enjoyable experience.
It’s a shame because these are the sorts of things that don’t necessarily cost anything to improve, but they leave a lasting impression on customers and can make the difference between wanting to return and choosing somewhere else.
Sadly, after giving it another chance, I think we’ll be spending our money elsewhere next time. I genuinely hope the owners take this feedback on board, because with some attention to cleanliness, presentation and customer service, the farm could be a much more enjoyable place to visit.

遗憾的是。另一件让我们印象深刻的，就是其中一位工作人员的举止——那位在店里工作的金发女士。我们上次来的时候也注意到了这一点，而今天我的感受依旧如此。她的态度相当粗鲁且缺乏热情，对孩子们也显得不太友好。孩子们自己也察觉到了这一点。这实在令人失望，因为带孩子来这种地方的目的就是为了让他们拥有愉快而积极的体验。
真是可惜，因为其实只需花很少的代价就能改善这些方面，而这些改进却能给顾客留下深刻印象，甚至能决定他们是会再度光临还是选择别处。
遗憾的是，虽然我们又给了这里一次机会，但我想下次我们还是会把钱花在别的地方了。我真心希望店主能采纳这些建议，因为只要在清洁、陈列以及客户服务方面稍加改进，这家农场就能成为一个更加令人愉快的游览之地。
