点评:My wife was run over from behind by a snowboarder on her very first run. She needed to go to the hospital after that because of a concussion.
The Feldhorn team was not ready to give us any of the over 200 Euro back that we paid for the tickets (4 day time tickets for the whole family) even though our ski day was over after not even 1 run. Their policy is if you use the ticket for only one run, that's it. (so you must be hurt or have an accident between buying the ticket and getting onto the Gondola...)
Not only did we not get any money back (at least the 60+ Euro for my wife - i was not even asking for more), we also had to pay more that 500 Euro for only the advice of the Bergwacht to go to the hospital (we went to the Bergwacht, they did not come to the slope). And the hospital bill is yet to come.
So to summarize, a ski day to forget in an overcrowded resort where nobody cares if you get hurt by other skiers. And the Fellhorn team made it very obvious that they do not care about what happens on their slopes. They do not feel to protect their customers and even worse, if something happens they just add charges and do not even think about a refund when it is not even your fault.
I have been skiing in many many different resorts but i was nowhere so shocked on how reckless people ski at Fellhorn. And the resort team does not care.
