点评：My wife and I travelled on The May Princess on July 14th. We were really lucky with the Puffins in that they were very busy, even by normal standards. The crew was very helpful, and I can't give them enough praise. (Think TinTin, think if Cap'n Haddock were crossed with the Thompson and Thomson) :) The journey back from the Isle included a slow cruise along the cliffs where various points of interest were explained, such as the local superstition regarding "The Bishop".
We had a full 2.5 hours on the island; there are ample resources to help you navigate the island to get the most out of your visit. The wardens on the island are also helpful in this regard. The atmosphere was very relaxed whether you were using a phone or a professional-level camera.
My "shopping list" really had only one picture on it, a puffin with sand eels. I got the shot, a shot made even better by a professional Photographer called Stephen. Even though I was not in his group, he directed me to the spot where he was standing so I could get the best angle. I took many, many pictures, most of which were duff; a few that were not bad; however, the "good" pictures were so good I dumped shots that may have previously kept. I have added a particular picture below for a reason; it was a throwaway shot, a context picture taken on the way back to the boat. I hope the detail shows up,do not look at the hundreds of birds in the sky, enlarge the pic and look at all the little white dots on the ground.
We will go back, and we will go on the May Princess.

我的“拍摄清单”上其实只列了一张照片——一只正吃着沙鳗的海鹦。我成功拍到了这张照片，而一位名叫斯蒂芬的专业摄影师还帮我把照片拍得更加完美。尽管我并不在他的团队中。他指给我看他所站的位置，好让我能找到最佳拍摄角度。我拍了非常多照片，不过大部分都拍砸了；只有少数几张还算不错。然而，那些“好照片”实在太出色了，以至于我干脆舍弃了之前可能还会保留的其他照片。我在下面特意附上了一张照片，原因是这张原本只是张随手拍的、在返回船上途中拍摄的背景照罢了。希望照片中的细节能清晰可见——不过请千万别去留意天空中成百上千只鸟哦。放大图片，看看地面上那些小白点。
