First class tour with lots and lots of interesting facts.

点评：Excellent visit with a very informative guide who answered all sorts of questions from the group. During the sitting of Parliament guided tours are on the weekend and are limited in frequency and only in Swedish and separately English. Both are free to enter and are scheduled to last 55 minutes. There is no admission fee however a thorough swift security check.
Free informative pamphlets about the building are also available focusing mainly on how democracy in Sweden is delivered.
Lots of interesting facts are told with plenty of photo opportunities.
The tour was full and in the end ran for 70 minutes which was always interesting.
Given the fact that the English tours currently start at 1030 and 1145 on Saturdays and Sundays, you should be in the queue at the latest 30 minutes prior to those times as it’s strictly only the first 28 allowed in. People arriving after 1115 were turned away.
Huge thanks to the excellent guide 1145 28.02.2026 and the accompanying security staff member who ensured that everyone had photo opportunities and didn’t get left behind as the tour moved around the building’s East and West wings.
