Denarau Golf and Racquet Club的点评
点评：Disappointed! Very expensive and no where near value for what they charge. We were quoted $150 per player including a cart and $75 for club hire but only offered 2 carts for the four of us.
I was accepting of this until we turned up
and the course was waterlogged and we were offered a 20% discount on the carts which we weren't able to use due to the course conditions. Carts advised were $50 of the $150 cost for the round but only a 20% discount was offered as a remedy to not being able to use the carts!! This is only $30 yet happy to charge $50 but only happy t to reduce by $30 and only happy to offer 2
carts for 4 full paying players!
They were not willing to entertain the fact that 4 players is $200 of cart value and a $40 reduction due to carts not being able to be used does not accommodate or reflect some sort of fairness.
Absolutely poor form Denarau Golf Club.
I would not recommend anyone playing here. $75 for club hire and insisting that everyone needs to have their own clubs but everyone does not need to have their own cart even though you are paying in your green fees for the cart is acceptable?!! I appreciate there is a cost but service and value should prevail and Denarau Golf Club does not represent either of these.
I took my three sons who were keen as to experience this occasion and that was completely missed by the shop staff.
Felt like we were being taken for a ride like a poor unsuspecting tourist and sense they did not care what so ever for what could have been an experience of a lifetime. I was gutted to have to walk away from being shafted and to have to explain to my sons why we choose to not play.

我带着三个儿子来，他们很想体验一下，但商店的工作人员完全没有理解我们。
感觉我们就像被宰了一刀，像个可怜的、毫无防备的游客，他们根本不在乎我们原本可能拥有的毕生难忘的经历。我感到非常失望，不得不离开，还要向儿子们解释我们为什么不打球。
真是太差劲了！
