点评:Disappointed customer service 🥲
My daughter and husband had planned a wonderful fun filled day on March 1 at Moonstone BUT what happened was completely different. My daughter broke her arm a few days before March 1. As we sat in Emergency upset, began this disappointing journey as both were upset on not being able to snowboard on the 1st at Moonstone. You see Moonstone is supposed to be the place to go boarding and skiing. Customer Service in past years was outstanding BUT this time NOT.
We contacted customer service to inform them she broke her arm. We were not looking for a refund but perhaps paying a cancellation fee and moving the balance to next year’s season. The sour person on the phone told us to send an email and maybe they would review it and hung up! So we did as told and waited to see what compensation if any would be done. ( We also had a boarding lesson planned )
Well. All we got was a credit for 25% lesson and nothing for the lift tickets
Not even a sorry to hear 😒
We even sent a picture which I have attached. In case Moonstone actually takes the time to get back to us
So the slopes probably are one of the best in the area But customer service NOT GOOD and is the least
