点评:Although titled a "museum," Huaca Pucllana (Quechua for "Sacred Game") is an archaeological site within the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima. It is a large pyramid structure, or more precisely a set of encapsulated pyramids with each built on top of its predecessor(s), constructed entirely of individually formed adobe bricks. Construction took place over about a 500 year period roughly 1500 years ago. It may only be visited as part of guided groups, but tickets can be purchased at the gate. Be aware, however, because groups appear to be alternated between Spanish and English there can be a wait both to purchase tickets and to begin the tour. Tickets in March 2026 were just under US $5.00, with discounts for students, educators, and seniors. Because of the guide requirement, interpretative signs are limited, but there is a representative garden and pens with llamas and guinea pigs, as well as to representations of the Lima people. There is also a very small space housing some artifacts from the site. Tours taken approximately one hour. Very interesting and well-worth the time to visit.
