点评:We visited the Art Gallery during a family trip to Edmonton. The first thing that grabbed out attention was the stunning architecture of the building itself.
We explored the diverse and varied collections. First there was "Wayfinders," which showcased modern art by women. Amy Loewan’s "Sanctuary," a beautiful glowing lantern featuring intricate paper weaving and drip paintings based on the themes of compassion. On the ground floor, we saw "5 Artists 1 Love"which was an eclectic display, celebrating the vibrant soul of Edmonton’s African-Canadian communities.
Our favourite, was John Will’s "Born in the U.F.O." which was a retrospective displayed on the top floor. It was easily the most enjoyable part of the visit, very interesting an engaging. To top it off, we caught a movement-based performance by Ballet Edmonton in the lobby. The dancers flowed through the gallery spaces to bring it to life.
This is definitely worth a visit.

UFO”(Born in the U.F.O.)
