点评:This is my 2nd review of this resort and I just want to acknowledge the excellent customer service that the staff provide their customers. We had only planned a 4 night stay at the Private Island and we were to stay on the other side of the island at another resort for an additional 4 nights. We spent 1 night at that resort and knew it was not for us. I called the resort at 8am and spoke with Ron at the front desk and within 5 mins we were booked back into the resort and into our old room. Jason the Manager was so concerned about us that he personally came and got us and brought us back to the resort. When we arrived, the staff came out and all gave us big hugs and said welcome home. And that is exactly what it felt like, home. Our last 3 nights on the island were wonderful and we will definitely be back.

Front Desk: Ron, Kula, Patti, Shannon and Jason (you are amazing Jason and have a great team - and it starts from the top!). Activities: Kay (feel better Kay). Garden & Maintenance people were super friendly and would stop, chat with us and answer questions with detail and explain the gardens and flowers/plants.
