Curu National Wildlife Refuge的点评
点评：We stayed one night at Curu, since the entry fee was included and we wanted to see the park and do the horseback tour to Playa Quesera. We saw monkeys, agoutis, coatis, iguanas and a raccoon, all near the parking lot. The dinner was large and delicious, but the cost was the same for breakfast and lunch as dinner, so we opted out of those. The cabin was very basic, as expected, and one night was enough. The beach is beautiful, brown, soft sand and wonderful swimming. When we were there we were the only ones on the beach. The horseback ride was billed as a 1 hr ride to Playa Quesera, one hour at the beach, one hour ride back. It was actually 1 hr 45 min riding each way which was waaaay too long for someone who hasn’t been on a horse in ages. The guides didn’t speak any English. The beach was lovely with white sand, but in retrospect we would have skipped the ride and enjoyed Playa Curu longer instead.
