Turquoise waters, and stunning Mountain views
特卡波湖的点评
点评：Lake Tekapo did not disappoint. The lakes, stunning, turquoise water, and beautiful mountain backdrop, make it one of the most scenic places I visited in New Zealand. Everywhere you look seems worthy of a photograph.
The village itself is charming with the selection of cafés and restaurants, although it is relatively small. There are playgrounds for children, making it a family, friendly destination, and I noticed several walking trails around the lake that offer opportunities to explore the area and enjoy the scenery from different viewpoints.
One of the areas most iconic attractions is the Church of good Shepherd. Unfortunately, it was under construction during my visit, but the surrounding Lakeside setting was still beautiful to see.
Whether you’re stopping for a few hours or spending several days, Lake Tekapo offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors I would happily return.
