The Historic Dockyard Chatham的点评
点评：Brilliant place. We visited and part of the Call the Midwife location tour but you got complimentary entrance to the entire dockyard site.
There is so much to do here and we barely scratched the surface. We did book the ropery talk and Sam the host was fantastic. We also booked the HMS Ocelot tour but only one of us decided to go down due to the restricted space.
HMS Cavalier was a great place to look round. She's huge and it was great to see what life was like aboard one.
RNLI exhibition area fantastic and there were some really lovely volunteers around to talk to you about the RNLI, their volunteer work and their uniform etc.
Unfortunately, due to times we didn't manage to visit the Commissioner's House and Gardens, no make it into the ocean photography display.
There was lots we would return again to visit.
Plenty of toilets around, lots of refreshment areas. Food and drinks we purchased were lovely. If you take your own food there were plenty of areas you could sit and eat.
We did bit have children with us, but there were outdoor and indoor play areas etc to keep them busy between looking at other bits.
Overall, if you are in the area or interested in life at sea this place is an absolute must as a day out.
