Wonderful setting and FANTASTIC afternoon tea!

点评：Probably the best afternoon tea we have ever had!
Beautifully presented and served by lovely staff, it was quite superb.
We had ham and piccalilli rolls, tuna and cucumber rolls, cheese and onion chutney rolls, courgette quiche, sausage rolls, lentil and vegetable soup, cheese scones, plus a side salad. Raspberry and white chocolate cake, fruit scones with jam and cream,caramel fudge cake, iced fruit slice, and a pile of fresh fruit!! Plus unlimited tea and coffee. Phew!! Can hardly move!
At £26 per person it was very good value and people were casting envious glances...
We couldn't manage it all, but got boxes to take the remainder home. Honestly, treat yourself and thank me later!
The gardens and house are also splendid and there are regular events to keep people coming back. Highly recommended for a lovely, de-stressing day out.
