点评：Fish and Chip Supper Train was absolutely brilliant. Food service was extremely fast, like, I thought we weren’t gonna get the fish and chips until a few minutes after departure, but they served them right as we departed. Chips were absolutely wonderful. Fish could’ve been a bit bigger, crispier and less mushy though. Wonderful on board atmosphere, it’s proper first class, and you’re treated as such with extremely comfortable seats and exceptional staff. You get served ice cream, followed by tea and coffee on the return journey from East Grinstead as well, both of which are absolutely wonderful, especially the ice cream. And all this while traveling on a steam-hauled train through the gorgeous Sussex Countryside in the sunset, definitely a must-do in the summer during long daylight hours. Overall, 9/10. This was my first ever time on a first class dining train and it was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend to all of you.
