Banham Zoo的点评
点评：Well having read the reviews I was worried I had mad a mistake booking and experience here whilst on holiday.
But I was glad I did.
I think that some people must be walking around with their eyes shut. We got to see so many different animals before out experience we couldn't have been happier. Would have easily filled a whole day when our kids were younger.
You can see that the zoo is going through a big transition at the moment, with work going on to improve things all over the place. So some areas do look a little run down, but the same with anything it has to get a little rough before it gets better.
The staff on sit were great and a big shout out to the lady on the safari train,for telling people to get off that had tried to jump the queue.
Our experience in the tropical house was amazing. I am rubbish with names so apologies to the lively young lady that looked after us. So great knowledge was shared and memories that will last a life time.
The only thing that would could have been better, if the kiosks were open a little later. It seemed that by 3 the only place you could buy any food and drink was the main restaurant. With it being half term having the ice cream places open until at least 4 would have been great.

目前动物园正在经历大规模改造，到处都在施工以改善设施。虽然有些区域看起来有点破旧，但任何事物都是这样：在变好之前总得先经历一段粗糙的阶段。
现场的工作人员都很出色，尤其要特别表扬那位在观光小火车上提醒那些试图插队的人下车的女士。
我们在热带温室里的体验简直棒极了。我记不住名字，所以要向那位热情又细心、负责接待我们的年轻女士说声抱歉。我们获得了许多宝贵的知识，也留下了终生难忘的回忆。唯一可以改进的地方就是，那些售货亭如果能开得晚一点就好了。似乎到了下午3点后，唯一能买到食物和饮料的地方就只有主餐厅了。正值学期中假期间，如果冰淇淋店能营业到至少下午4点，那就太好了。
