点评：Good trip. We arrived at approximately 3 pm and made our way towards the entrance of the museum. After paying the admission fee we began to explore the site. There were several informational plaques located throughout the museum, that provided some background information on the house and the people who occupied it. The museum also contained many artifacts out for display. After viewing the museum, we made our way over to the house, where we waited for the guided tour to begin. The tour started promptly and we made our way from room to room, while the tour guide pointed out interesting features and artifacts out for display. We were able to enjoy stories about the prior families who occupied the house. The tour guide was pleasant and open to answering any questions that we may have had. The guided house tour lasted roughly 1 hour. After touring the house, we were allowed to walk around the rest of the grounds. There were several other buildings on the grounds, each with informational plaques in front of them, that detailed what we were seeing in front of us. We were also able to enjoy scenic views of the countryside around us.
