Holker Hall and Gardens的点评
点评：We have been to numerous events at Holker such as the winter markets, summer event and bonfire night but we'd never actually been around the house or garden!!!
Using our My Cumbria card we got 2 for 1 entry. We arrived slightly before 10am so queued outside until the gates opened.
The house doesn't open until 11am so we had a walk around the grounds and saw the deer park then headed to the cafe for a drink and slice of the most gorgeous Guinness and chocolate cake.
The house is stunning loved the fact we could just take our time and stroll around, staff Available to ask questions. We absolutely loved chatting to the lady upstairs who had the nicest of sparkling shoes!!!
After the house we went back into the garden and headed to the fountain, we absolutely loved playing on the see saw, haven't laughed so much in ages.
We loved our visit. Lots of parking.
