Combe Martin Wildlife And Dinosaur Park的点评
点评：This has been our best ever holiday in the UK (in over 50 years). We stayed in one of the Cabins which was incredible. The Cabins are self catering with a comprehensive kitchen that was better than our one at home, with every conceivable accoutrement included. The view down the valley to Combe Martin itself from the lounge and dining areas was breath-taking, as were the sunsets. Definitely rated *****. The staff and owners are friendly and very personable, as are the various animal keepers that we interfaced with during out animal experiences. The breakfasts included with the Wake up the Park experiences were are good as you would get in a 4 star hotel, and cooked to order. There is a lot of work in progress in the park, not helped by a recent and severe storm that took out may trees and some enclosures. The park is built in a ravine so there are slopes and steps. The animatronic dinosaurs are realistic, supplemented by a fascinating dinosaur museum with a clutch of dinosaur eggs. The Pharos Tomb exhibition is an added bonus. A lot of care and love is given to the animals, with their welfare given high priority, as you will find out if you do the animal experiences. In many cases the enclosures are large and positive actions are taken to enrich the lives of the larger animals such as the wolves and gibbons, by providing enrichment bags and balls for them respectively. The animal hierarchy clearly shows through when the enrichments are introduced into their enclosures. This park is also one of conservation as many animals have been rescued.
