Watermouth Castle的点评
点评：Watermouth castle is a MUST visit attraction. Slightly pricey and when booking online (which according to the leaflet you will save money) there is a £2.50 card charge. In total for two adults and two children (4&10) it came to around £88. But it was worth it. The lad at the entrance was helpful and informative. Only one rode was currently not working. Soon as entering the first room it was a great atmosphere with a robot band which then carried on to a museum. I was surprised my 4yr old found it fascinating seeing old objects and unusual items. Eventually you do find your way into the dungeon bit which as signed can be scary for little ones. The water foundation show is definitely a must see. We did go first thing around 11 which was packed with people. Not sure what was going off but nothing seemed to happen so decided to go back to it later on in the day when it was quieter and there was less people so had a much better view. The Bailey cafe is just round corner from the show and if you want a great filling snack the Cornish paste and sausage rolls were great. Plenty of buttons to press to keep the children engaged and all along the path to the main rides there was something to do. Little rides were only 10p. There was a big queue for the toboggan ride with a sign saying approx 30min wait from where we was in que. We decided not to wait for that ride as it’s a long time to keep a young child waiting and hanging around. The wait for all other rides were quick and we had a really good time. We were there for about 5hours and would definitely recommend it to anyone of any age.
