A Lovely Escape With Outstanding Facilities

点评：We stayed in the Selkirk and Eildon rooms on 9th November for a friend’s birthday celebration, and from start to finish we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were beautifully presented and very comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was consistently warm and welcoming.
The facilities were a real highlight — the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and pool were all exceptional and created a truly relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed my first hot stone massage, which was absolutely outstanding and something I would highly recommend to anyone visiting.
The food was excellent across the board, and although we encountered one small issue, the management handled it promptly and professionally, fully investigating it and ensuring everything was put right.
Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable break.
