Disappointing customer service and massage quality

点评：I got there 15 minutes early but the receptionist took so long talking to other guests about herself that she made me late to the appointment by the time I was finally checked in. I was super rushed to put my things away/put stuff into a locker/get a robe on/etc. that it really made the entire experience a stressful one. Then, when I checked out, the same receptionist told me she was too busy with another client (on the phone) and was sorry she kept ''putting me off.''
I get a lot of massages. The massage was very subpar and for what you pay, overall it was an extremely disappointing experience. I will not return. There are many other places in the area that give you much higher quality massage with better customer service at a lower price. Bummer! I don't think they are very concerned with the occasional guest here at this resort and that message was sent pretty clearly.
