点评：Fantastic venue but ticketing was not transparent. The site says access to court 3-9 when buying stadium tickets so we arrived at the venue at 1:30
In 95 degree heat and were told that you couldn’t come into the venue until 5:00 pm with tickets to the evening session. So for all the expensive tickets we had we couldn’t even get into the grounds to buy food, access restrooms and watch the courts available per our tickets until the session started. Not wanting to sit in a hot car for 3 hours we had to buy $150 worth of grounds passes. No reason to buy night session tickets as you only get to see what’s happening in stadium 1 from 5-9. While morning session purchasers get in at 10:00 am and can visit the courts, buy food and stay as long as they want.Staff are completely in the dark and not trained about answering questions - sad experience and terrible for the players out in this heat playing so hard to empty stands. Major failure this year for Tommy Haas who gave an interview talking about the concession stand opportunities - too bad we couldn’t get into the grounds to spend more money…
