点评:If you are in Tallinn on the first Sunday of the month, I would recommend registering in advance for Free Museum Sunday, when entry is free. I did this myself. The only drawback is that, due to its popularity, the museum is busy. The ticket covers the four towers: Kiek in de Kök Tower, Maiden Tower, Stable Tower, and Gate Tower. There is a lot to explore, and the towers are connected by long stretches of the city wall. Follow the circuit, walk along the ancient fortifications, and climb the tall towers for panoramic views. I also learnt a great deal from the exhibitions along the way. Once you have finished, I would recommend visiting the Bastion Passages and the Museum of Carved Stone. This was particularly unique. The tunnels are chilly — I wore a puffer jacket — and a few sections are slightly dark, so use the torch on your phone. Highly recommended.
