点评:This place is awesome. I am only giving it a 4 because only some of the buildings were open but it is such a resource and has such potential! There are more than 30 gorgeous historic buildings on a huge, grassy site. We went to the Viet Nam building, which has an interesting and oddball mix of items, the history collection in the restored hotel, and the reconstructed temple that formerly stood in Chinatown. The best was the trolly barn, with multiple trolleys and displays about the restoration process and the history. We finished with a free ride on the trolly through the park and then had sweet treats from the candy store. When we arrived at 11 not much was open but when we left at 1:30 more buildings had opened up. I feel as if this is an underrated treasure in San Jose. We didn't make it over to the train, the stables, and into the beautiful historic homes. We'll have to go back!
