Our driver accompanied us throughout the entire journey, from point A to point B, and was always available to answer questions and help with anything we needed. He was extremely responsible, an excellent and safe driver, very flexible, polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. His calm and professional manner made us feel safe and comfortable at all times.
What truly stood out was the incredible support we received when I unexpectedly needed to go to the hospital. The driver immediately took care of everything — he arranged the appointment as a top priority, accompanied me, and supported me throughout the entire process. His help went far beyond what one could normally expect, and I am deeply grateful for his care and dedication.
In addition, the company manager was always reachable and available at any time. I could speak to him openly about everything, and he always responded immediately. He was very warm, heartfelt, and genuinely caring, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during the trip.
