Great activities and staff. Food and accommodation fine.
Alana Beachclub Neilson Temple Spa的点评
点评：First time doing a Neilson holiday and had a couple of toddlers with us. The staff were excellent. We mentioned that there wasn’t much protein for vegetarians and by the following day this had been rectified and the manager came to check we were satisfied with the changes. Actions not empty words were really appreciated here. There was perhaps a bit of room for improvement with flavour and seasoning but that’s a personal preference.
The kids club was outstanding. Ruby and her team did an excellent job and our two toddlers thoroughly enjoyed themselves and did far more activities than any other kids club they’ve used before. We didn’t use the sleep club as by the time it was 1730 they were exhausted!
The accommodation is pretty basic (travelodge equivalent) but perfectly adequate and our air conditioning was fine. We had one of the cabins on the beachfront and it was nice to sit out when the kids were in bed. There was a large fridge in the room to store things bought in the supermarket right next door.
The staff were all great throughout. Enthusiastic about their sports and teaching and I’ve never seen aqua aerobics like it - over 100 people in the pool every day because it was such a good vibe. I think what you lose in bougie accommodation and food is more than made up for with all the activities.
The local town is very walkable but most places serve very similar food - think burgers and pizza.
