This tour was the highlight of our week in Antigua and Barbuda

点评：We booked this tour from our hotel Hawksbill resort and had caught the 6:30 ferry from Antigua to Barbuda. The ferry took just over 2 hours each way and we were greeted by our tour guide James as soon we got off the ferry.
The tour started with a quick stop at the Martello Tower before heading to Codrington harbour where we transferred to a boat to visit the Frigate bird Sanctuary. This included a brief stop at pink beach. There is a short swimming opportunity at pink beach. We hadn’t known this and had left our swimwear on the bus so went for a paddle instead. After pink beach, the boat took us back to the harbour and onto the bus. We then visited the north east of the island to the sulphur cave and to a view point. This was a short climb / scramble (trainers / suitable footwear required).
We then stopped for lunch and headed to Princess Diana Beach until it was time to catch the ferry back (we had just over an hour at Princess Diana beach).
Barbuda itself is heavily impacted by hurricane Irma and as such the roads are in a very bad state and there is little infrastructure on the island.
