Incredible help through a tough time

点评：We got Kandy Hotel Cars through the Grand Serandib Hotel (who are also incredible). We were collected in Colombo by Sampath and drove to Sigiriya Rock. Upon arriving down the situation of the Cyclone had become apparent and we were to drive back to Kandy. Many roads were blocked as the weather worsened. We were blocked from Kandy in numerous ways but Sampath finally found us a way through. He agreed to collect us the next next morning to escort us from Kandy to Marissa. As the cyclone got worse again we had to stay in Kandy but once the roads were clear to drive he contacted us and brought us to our next destination showing us different things along the way.
Sampath was friendly and easy going. He was incredibly helpful. The boss, Mr. Ekanayake was also great and helped a lot, especially with the language barrier at times. He gave us a discount on our second trip due to the problems which he couldn't control.
I hope all involved are safe and able to rebuild after the cyclone
