Dreadfully disappointing
Floors Castle的点评
点评：We were so disappointed, we travelled down from Glasgow to visit the castle and were held up on the road on route. We arrived at the property at 14.40 and given how long we’d been stuck in the car immediately went to the toilets. Regrettably, there were only 3 cubicles and a queue 5 deep so we did not get to the ticket office until 15.03. At which point we were advised we were too late to access the castle as last access was 15.00. When we explained the issues to the ticket person and the time travelled to attend etc she was lovely and did attempt to obtain access for us but the person at the castle refused (the castle didn’t close that day until 16.30). By this time it was 15.05, to be fair to the ticket lady she did offer a refund but then we couldn’t have seen the gardens or the exterior of the castle and my husband absolutely won’t return after this experience, so I refused wanting to at least see a little of the castle before getting into the car for the return journey. The gardens were very nice, the grounds lovely and what we could see of the exterior of the castle (a huge portion is covered in scaffolding for some work to be done) was most impressive.
翻译：我们非常失望，特地从格拉斯哥驱车前往城堡，结果途中被堵在了路上。我们下午2点40分到达城堡，由于被困在车里太久，我们立刻去了洗手间。遗憾的是，洗手间只有3个隔间，却排了5个人的长队，所以我们直到下午3点03分才到达售票处。这时，工作人员告诉我们已经太晚了，城堡的最后入场时间是下午3点。当我们向售票员解释了情况以及我们为此花费的时间后，她非常友善，并尽力帮我们争取入场，但城堡的工作人员拒绝了（城堡当天下午4点半才关门）。这时已经是下午3点05分了。平心而论，售票员确实提出可以退款，但那样我们就看不到花园和城堡外观了。而且我丈夫这次的经历让他绝对不会再来了，所以我拒绝了，想至少在开车回程前还能稍微看看城堡。花园很漂亮，城堡周围的环境也很宜人，我们能看到的城堡外观（很大一部分都被脚手架遮住了，正在进行一些修缮工作）也令人印象深刻。
