Outstanding exhibition, disappointing staff experience

点评：We visited the Panorama Racławicka Museum on April 13th 2026, between 10:30am and 11:15 am. The exhibition itself was excellent, very immersive and insightful in telling the story of the Battle of Racławice. It’s definitely worth seeing from a cultural and historical perspective.
Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the visit.
At the cloakroom, the attendant took our jackets in a dismissive and unfriendly manner. After the exhibition, when we returned to collect them, we were asked for a number that had never been given to us. When we explained this politely, the staff member responded harshly, spoke to us in a reprimanding tone, and then threw our jackets back at us. Other staff nearby appeared to laugh, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
We left feeling quite shocked and upset by the interaction. As international visitors, we expected a basic level of courtesy and respect.
