点评:On Thursday at de Kalkery in kalk bay. We were wrongly accused of stealing a wallet, and the way it was handled at first was genuinely uncomfortable and upsetting. Being spoken to like that, especially when you’ve done nothing wrong, was honestly embarrassing. That being said — after things cooled down, the situation was addressed. We received an apology and a voucher, which we do appreciate, but it doesn’t erase how the initial interaction felt, but accountability does matter, and it’s good to see an effort made to take responsibility. After that we then left reviews on Google speaking about the situation, just to find out that they were removed…..😀😀😀 Just a reminder that how you approach people matters. Hoping that staff are properly trained on how to handle situations like these, weather its the first or hundredth time.
