点评：Rich the manager, was the worst. If u rent from this site i wouldnt trust any things he says and if u need please call customer servive to go above him because he will tell u there is nothing he can do and try to talk you into a unsafe van! Please just call customer service because this company will not let u talk to any manager! His manager, customer service manager.... im convinced there are no district managers. But u dont have to rent a dirty or beat up van...
Terrible experience from start to finish.
Pickup was chaotic—staff was rude, rushed, and unclear about charges. The first van was dirty, damaged, and on empty. The “replacement” was barely better (unclean,lights that dont work, duct-taped bathroom door), and we were pressured to take it late at night with false promises of discounts that never came.
To make it worse, the toilet tank wasn’t emptied 🤢, we got maintenance warnings mid-trip, and had to pay out of pocket for oil and battery issues. Customer service kept “escalating” but never resolved anything.
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not rent again.

取车过程一团糟——工作人员态度粗鲁、匆忙，而且收费含糊不清。第一辆车又脏又破，油箱还是空的。“替换车”也好不到哪儿去（不干净，车灯不亮，卫生间的门是用胶带粘起来的），而且他们还强迫我们在深夜取车，并承诺会给我们一些折扣，但这些折扣最终都没有兑现。
更糟糕的是，马桶水箱竟然没清空🤢，旅途中还收到了维修警告，我们不得不自掏腰包支付机油和电池费用。客服人员一直“升级”投诉，但问题始终没有解决。
