点评：I have gone to the Dutch Apple b many times and have always been satisfied. This time I am very displeased with their customer service! I have custody of my 2 granddaughters. My friend and i used to go many places with them but haven’t done it recently. Before summer she contacted me and suggested we go to see wmary Poppins together. I enthusiastically agreed With that in mind I bid on a Dutch Apple ticket at the annual silent auction at my granddaughters' school. When my friend placed the order I said to say I had this ticket. The ticket was for an adult evening performance.We preferred a matinee since at our age we did not I t like to drive at night. I figured dince matinee performances cost less it would not be a problem to exchange it. That was not the case even when my situation was explained. So, as a senior citizen. I had to pay an extra $81 which was a hardship for me. And i have an evening single ticket which will go to waste!
