Doune Castle的点评
点评：Yesterday I was on a day tour and one of the visits was at Doune Castle as I was booked with an outlander day tour. We did not have tickets like many of the other visitors as they were from overseas and had passes already, I’m from the Scottish Borders and did not have the option or told to book in advance when we booked the tour. Many off the places on our visit you can’t the option to by tickets at the entrance.
We got to Doune Castle after being dropped off in the main road for a hour to make our way down to the castle, on walking up to the main entrance a member off staff yelled at us who we all where very aggressively demanded who and where we had come from wanted to know our coach company and demanding we showed our tickets and passes, I tried to explain some of us did not not have entry and were hoping to buy tickets but he was huffing and puffing and saying moved away, he never gave any information or explanation ok you can buy tickets, as I later found out from other visitors, I actually was so upset and shocked he treated me like I was a criminal, would not let me explain and just stood there huffing at me. So I left my group and walked back up to the main road and waited a hour for the rest and the coach to pick us up.
I’ve waited many years to do this tour, was a magical day every attraction on the other visits there staff where amazing friendly and informative. Then this horrible experience, for what why treat people this way.

我等了多年才有机会参加这次旅游。那原本是美好的一天，之前的几次到访时，那里的每个景点都令人难忘，工作人员也极其热情、友善且知识渊博。然而这次却有着糟糕至极的体验——究竟为什么要这样对待顾客呢？
