Naxos Fishing Trips By Stamatis的点评
点评：Went on a fishing trip yesterday with Stamatis and his daughters Georgia and Barbara.
First we went to open sea to get the nets in and admire the catch of the day. Got to feast on some raw small crab and squid straight out the water!
The catch was varied and plentiful and we took it to the bay at Rina cave on the south side of the island. While my family was snorkeling out in the caves, the crew started preparing: smaller fish and the scorpion fish (rascasse) were used for an amazing traditional soup, and the larger ones were grilled to perfection.
It was absolutely delicious!
I should also mention the quality of the vegetables, all organically grown by their uncle on the island. Tomatoes amongst the best I ever had.
After lunch we got to relax on a beautiful secluded beach.
Stamatis and his daughters are the loveliest you will ever meet. I couldn’t recommend it more. Do not miss out.
