Terrible. Waste of money and hugely disappointing with poor customer service approach

点评：Poor communication led to an hour later pick up time. We were CHARGED EXTRA for the type of vehicle we were collected in, however we were never given a choice and transport was included.
Transport was a damaged and broken vehicle, although the guide was kind and did the best he could.
We drove during the sunset instead of being able to watch the sunset.
Food was only ready 2 hrs after arrival so had to buy food for children at extra cost.
They ran out of food so we never received anything other than rice and a few pieces of bread.
Tour company insisted on cash payment after driving us into the desert, and refused the vouchers we had bought using their groupon partner.
Not child friendly at all, and kids of 5 and 7 paid the same rate as adults, yet we're not looked after or accomodated in any way.
Lots of extra costs!
